Qualificações

• 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Operations, Data Analysis, or related field.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and publish daily supply and demand reports.
• Manage past-due reports to ensure visibility of open orders.
• Update item and vendor lead times in planning systems.
• Support new product setup and master data maintenance.
• Audit, correct, and optimize item attributes within ERP and planning systems.
• Release planned orders for external suppliers.
• Process internal requisitions and internal sales orders.
• Monitor order releases and coordinate with local planners.
• Support demand and supply alignment activities.
• Investigate planning system exceptions.
• Assist with weekly demand planning and inventory reviews.
• Support safety stock and inventory segmentation activities.
• Track excess and oversupply inventory.
• Partner with teams to manage excess material and improve inventory health.
