Job summary

VIVA USA Inc is seeking an entry-level Supply Management Specialist I to support sourcing, EPDP, and EOFP processes. You will contribute to cost modeling, spend analysis, and supplier validation within a lower-complexity supply base.

You will work with strategic sourcing to address performance issues, develop Microsoft documents, and support continuous improvements while following formal procedures and authorizations.

Qualifications

• Data collection and analysis experience using preset tools and formats.
• Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute planning activities within a defined framework for low-complexity supply chain.
• Carry out supplier management activities to support others or fulfill role requirements.
• Collate and analyze data independently using standard tools and methods.
• Respond to routine inquiries by following established procedures.
• Conduct analyses and quality tests requiring independent judgement.
• Contribute to reviewing operations and identify continuous improvements.
• Adhere to organizational policies and obtain supervisor authorization for exceptions.
• Resolve complex queries from customers or suppliers and guide with policies.
