Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Internship or relevant experience preferred, not required.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain supply chain and logistics data from internal systems and reports.
• Assist with recurring reports related to shipments, inventory, orders, delivery performance, and other operational metrics.
• Review data for accuracy and investigate basic discrepancies or missing information.
• Use Excel to organize data, identify trends, and help prepare reports for the operations team.
• Track shipments, orders, inventory, and other supply chain activity to maintain visibility across the operation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Transportation, and other departments to resolve data questions.
• Support special projects and other analytical assignments as you become more familiar with the business.
