Job summary

The Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum is seeking a Tours & Student Experience Associate to support school field trips and adult group tours. You will handle logistics, data entry, and customer service while coordinating with Education teams and docents to ensure smooth visits.

As an entry-level role, you will gain experience with Patron Manager/Salesforce, Formstack, and Conga, and assist with both in-person and virtual programs, including some evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of administrative, data entry, and/or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and the ability to learn new software.
• Knowledge of Formstack, Conga, and Patron Manager/Salesforce platforms is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing tour and program reservation data in Patron Manager (Salesforce-based CRM) including data entry, invoicing, schedule creation, and scholarship tracking.
• Prepare for Museum school group visits by reviewing schedules, creating clipboards, organizing handouts, updating calendars, and preparing lunch spaces.
• Support school group logistics during visits including arrival, bus parking, check-in, entry, transitions, and departures.
• Assist docents by communicating logistical information about groups, assigning positions, and tracking timing.
• Support group tour visitors by communicating schedules, guidelines, exhibits, and emergency procedures.
• Assist in logistics for virtual field trips, including scheduling docents and operating field trip carts.
• Assist Learning & Curriculum Team with planning of student and educator tours and programming.
• Assist in outreach to student, family, and adult groups and in updating pre-visit materials.
