Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment checks (background, drug screen, motor vehicle records) as required by law.
• Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Standards: read, understand and apply department design guides, standards and policies.
• Quality / Continuous Improvement: comply with Black & Veatch quality program and support improvement efforts.
• Engineering Production: assist with basic deliverables such as drawings, reports, specifications, and studies of limited scope.
• Project Coordination: share information and coordinate with team members and project leadership.
• Client Focus: understand internal client needs and support business development activities when appropriate.
• Knowledge Sharing, Innovation and Technology: share current knowledge of technology and processes.
