American Regent is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Team Member to participate in the compounding of sterile liquids and related processes. You will weigh materials, operate aseptic equipment, and support batch formation in a compliant, cleanroom environment at the Hilliard facility.

You will work under supervision with a focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork, adhering to SOPs and quality standards while contributing to production schedules and continuous improvement.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in chemistry or related science is a plus.
• 1–3 years related field experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate compounding processes under supervision.
• Weigh materials and perform batch additions.
• Sterile compounding and filtration operations in the Hilliard facility.
• Maintain and document accurate manufacturing records and batch directions.
• Attend training as required by SOPs and policies.
