Job summary

American Regent, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Team member to perform sterile compounding and related activities at the Hilliard facility. The role supports batch production, aseptic processing, testing, and documentation per SOPs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year compounding experience, and familiarity with sterile manufacturing equipment. We offer growth within a top injectable manufacturer with a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; science degree is a plus.
• At least 1 year as Compounding Technician I or 3 years related experience preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing tech such as HMI-PLC/SCADA, Autoclave, CIP/SIP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in compounding process with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment adjustments or diagnostics.
• Utilize scales, balances, and load cells for batch dosing.
• Perform aseptic filtration setup and integrity testing.
• Assist with equipment assembly, cleaning and staging.
• Review batch docs for accuracy during execution.
• Lead in the Lead’s absence.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
