What You'll Be Doing

• The Essentials: Recording and reconciling bank/credit card transactions, managing accounts payable/receivable, and preparing client invoices.
• The Puzzle Solving: Reconciling general ledger accounts, investigating discrepancies, and supporting "clean-up" projects for new startup clients.
• The Big Picture: Helping prepare basic financial reports (P&Ls, balance sheets, cash flow) and assisting with month-end close activities.
• The Startup Life: Assisting clients with QuickBooks Online setups, onboarding new clients, and handling ad-hoc operational projects.
• The Future of Tech: Collaborating with our team to implement new tech, AI and automation tools across our clients' financial workflows.

Who You Are (Our Perfect Fit)

You have an Accounting, Finance or Business degree, with a solid grasp of foundational accounting principles.
