Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration and 1–3 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Excel is required, with a willingness to learn multi-entity processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years accounting experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of financial statements for multiple entities, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Prepare journal entries and schedules as part of month-end close.
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with daily bank and revenue reconciliations.
• Support analysis of financial data, trends, and variances versus budget.
