Pratt is hiring a StackER Operator for a full-time night shift from 10pm to 6am, with some overtime and possible weekend work. Starting pay is $16.63/hr with $17.84/hr for experienced candidates.

The role involves stacking sheets from the corrugator, setup, cleanup, quality checks, and suggesting process improvements. Responsibilities include maintaining production pace, performing setups accurately, counting bundles, and reporting timely.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Operate the stacking line to meet production schedule.
• Set up bundler, hold down arm, load former, and delivery end per setup techniques.
• Secure cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags from runs.
• Ensure correct bundle and unit counts; stack finished boxes per master.
• Monitor board quality and report defects to operator.
• Complete reporting accurately and on time.
• Be willing to move up the line and cross-train on other machines.
• Comply with safety and housekeeping policies.
