FineTurf Charlotte is seeking an entry-level Spray Technician to service residential and commercial lawns in the Charlotte, NC area. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:45 AM start, full-time year-round work, and weekly pay.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $24 per hour and includes bonuses and health benefits. As part of the team, you will apply fertilizers and lawn treatments, diagnose turf issues, educate customers, and maintain spray equipment while building customer

Qualifications

• Lawn care or outdoor work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (minimum of 3 yrs) with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions; ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Background check.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer and lawn treatments safely and accurately.
• Diagnose weeds, turf issues, insects, and disease.
• Educate customers and answer basic lawn care questions.
• Operate and maintain spray equipment.
• Run your route efficiently and professionally.
• Track work and notes using mobile software.
