Actalent in Dublin, OH is seeking a Specimen Processor (Entry-Level) to support laboratory testing by receiving, organizing, and preparing patient samples for analysis. This is a 3rd shift role, 11:30pm to 8am, Tuesday through Saturday, with overtime as needed.

No laboratory experience required; ideal for candidates from fast-paced settings such as food service, warehouse, or retail. Paid training provided; onsite, permanent position with growth opportunities in laboratory operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail with repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Scan and log specimens into the laboratory system
• Perform accurate data entry and documentation
• Sort, organize, and prepare samples for testing
• Package and ship specimens to other laboratory locations
• Ensure samples are handled according to quality and safety standards
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
