Overview

An international manufacturing corporation located in the Mount Prospect, IL is seeking an Entry Level Spanish / English Bilingual Sales Engineer to perform a range of tasks in support of their sales team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with their clients in central and south American countries in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, introducing and selecting products based on application needs through phone, email, and internet communications.
• Research and identify potential clients and customers
• Provide current market information obtained from customers
• Review product design to ensure quality standards and specifications
• Attend trade shows and conventions (including overseas)
• Respond to client questions, concerns, and requests
• Other Duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business related preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Spanish language skills required (Business level )
• Communication skills are important!
• Able to travel
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform regular physical activity
• This position will not support visa sponsorships
• This position will not support relocation costs
• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
