No prior sales experience is required, with paid training from day one. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with weekly pay, paid training, performance bonuses, and clear advancement paths based on results rather than tenure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Explain program details and potential savings clearly and confidently.
• Answer customer questions with honesty and professionalism.
• Guide interested customers through a simple enrollment process.
• Track your own numbers and work toward daily and weekly performance goals.
• Take part in daily coaching, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Represent MPower with professionalism in every interaction.
