Job summary

Moss & Associates (Construction) is hiring for a field labor role on a Deer Trail, CO solar project. No experience is necessary, and you will learn a trade in solar construction while working outdoors in varying weather. This position offers long-term growth opportunities as you gain skills on utility-scale projects.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with potential for growth. The job requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting, plus adherence to safety standards across outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug test required.
• Must enjoy outdoors in all types of weather.
• Able to walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials safely.
• Reliable transportation to/from project site.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of safety on Solar projects.
• Operate basic hand tools (tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels).
• Perform general labor duties on Solar project sites.
• Possible roles as Millwright, Solar PV Installer, or Quality Control.
• Other duties as assigned. Overtime and weekend shifts may occur.
• Extended shifts up to 12 hours.
