Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug test is required.
• Must enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather.
• Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials, adhering to safety standards.
• Reliable transportation to and from project site is required.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
• Positive and professional attitude in Moss values.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of how to be successful and safe on Solar projects.
• Operate hand tools including tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders and rakes.
• Provide various general labor duties in the field on Solar project sites.
• May perform as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer or Quality Control Representative.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
• Extended hours may occur, with shifts up to 12 hours; overtime and weekends/holidays may be required.
