ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn all aspects of how to be successful and safe on Solar projects.
• Operate hand tools including tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes.
• Provide various general labor duties on Solar project sites.
• May perform as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer, or Quality Control Representative.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
• Work extended hours, up to 12-hour shifts; overtime and work on weekends and holidays may be required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Pre-employment drug test required to ensure a safe work environment.
• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
