Moss is hiring for a field position on a Deer Trail, CO solar project. No experience required; learn to work outdoors in all weather to support utility-scale solar construction. Pay starts at $20 per hour with growth opportunities in a long-term career.

Expected duties include learning safety on job sites, operating basic hand tools, and performing general labor tasks. Overtime, weekend, and extended shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug test required.
• Must enjoy outdoor work in all weather.
• Must be able to walk, stand, kneel and lift heavy materials safely.
• Must have reliable transportation to project site.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn solar construction.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of solar project construction and safety.
• Operate hand tools such as tape measures, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes.
• Provide general labor duties on solar project sites.
• May assist as Millwright, Solar PV Installer, or Quality Control Representative.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Extended shifts up to 12 hours; overtime and weekend/holiday work may be required.
