Qualifications

• Entry level -- no experience necessary.
• Must have an active driver's license and be good with hand tools.
• 0-2 years of related work or school projects is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the installation of solar panel systems, including mounting panels and racking, and wiring.
• Using hand and power tools to install racking.
• Servicing the solar system as needed.
• Performing jobs from high places (on roofs) including climbing ladders with proper equipment and materials.
• Adhering to all quality and safety codes.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance; ability to work nights and weekends.
