SunPower, in partnership with Blue Raven Solar, seeks an entry-level Install Scheduling Coordinator to support field operations in Orem, Utah. You will manage scheduling, review jobs, and communicate with install crews and customers to keep projects on track.

This full-time role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle 10–15 inbound calls daily. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life and accident coverage, an HSA and stock options.

Qualifications

• Learn quickly and assimilate knowledge to improve the way we approach work.
• Strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Scheduling or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review jobs and send feedback to the installation crew or approving the job.
• Complete all pre-install audits and schedule all midpoint inspections.
• Always have a plan of action for every account to be complete in your region.
• Take an average of 10-15 inbound phone calls daily.
