Job summary

All Lines Technology is seeking an entry-level Software Developer/Engineer to join our Cranberry Township team. This on-site role focuses on building new applications, automations with Microsoft Power Platform, and supporting existing software products within an Agile environment.

You will design AI solutions, write SQL queries, and create dashboards with Power BI, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions and maintainable code.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
Familiarity with SQL databases and data workflows.
Knowledge of agile software development processes.

Responsibilities

Develop new applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform according to standards.
Design and build AI solutions, including Copilot Studio agents, integrating AI with business data.
Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures and data workflows on SQL Server and Azure SQL.
Build reusable reports and dashboards for management with Power BI; work with SSIS, SSRS, Microsoft Fabric.
Connect business systems through APIs and data files (ERP, HR, PSA/ticketing).
Gather requirements from clients and translate into working features meeting performance expectations.
Support existing solutions: troubleshoot issues, handle change requests, keep systems running smoothly.
Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code following best practices.
Follow source control, peer code reviews, testing and deployment processes.
