Job summary

All Lines Technology Inc. is seeking a Software Developer/Engineer to build new applications, automate processes with Power Platform, and integrate AI solutions that connect to business data.

You will design, develop, and support software across SQL Server, MySQL, and BI reporting, while collaborating in Agile/Scrum delivery and drafting clear documentation for deployments and user guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in software development with focus on building applications and solutions.
• Understanding of Power Platform is a plus.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and MySQL databases.
• Experience with ETL and BI reporting (SSIS/SSRS/Power BI).
• Strong problem solving and collaboration in Agile/Scrum contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; maintainable code and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new applications and automations using Power Platform per standards.
• Support existing software products and troubleshoot issues.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into features.
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and docs.
• Design AI solutions and Copilot Studio integrations with business data.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI; work with SSIS/SSRS.
• Integrate systems via APIs and data files across ERP/HR tools.
• Participate in Sprint planning and Agile delivery; share knowledge with team.
