Job summary

Case Systems and BOSTONtec in Midland, MI, is seeking an IT Solutions Developer to design, develop, and support business applications, automations, and AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies.

The role collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to build SharePoint Online sites, Power Platform solutions, Azure services, APIs, and data integrations, focusing on efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a computing/IT field.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, SharePoint Online, Python, and Azure services.
• Experience APIs, web services, and application integrations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom software applications using C#, .NET, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Develop and support solutions utilizing Python for automation, data integration, AI, and business process improvement.
• Build and maintain SharePoint Online sites, document management systems, workflows, and business applications.
• Create and support Power Platform solutions including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot integrations.
• Configure, maintain, and support Microsoft Azure cloud services and Azure AI Foundry environments.
• Develop APIs, integrations, and data connections between ERP, CRM, SharePoint, and other business systems.
• Support AI initiatives, including AI agents, machine learning solutions, and business process automation.
• Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases, reports, and data-driven applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, application, and system issues.
