Cisco is seeking candidates for potential opportunities in software engineering and automation. The team works across Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience to improve delivery via automation and standard methodologies.

Strong emphasis on Linux, networking, and programming skills is expected. Ideal candidates have a CS/engineering background, experience with C/C++, Python, and Java, and familiarity with QA, databases, and web services.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 0 years of work experience; or 1 year with a program; or 2 years with a high school diploma.
• Qualifying education and work experience should be in Computer Networking, CS or Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of Linux, Networking concepts, OS fundamentals, Embedded Development, and/or ML.
• Up-to-date on programming and scripting languages: C/C++, Python, Java.
• Hands-on QA, Testing, and/or Debugging skills.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Experience with Databases, Web Application Development, and Web Services.

Mansioni

• Drive automation and testing to improve deployments, testing and standard methodologies.
• Collaborate with professional services delivery, Product Management and BU teams to integrate automation in offerings.
• Define and improve delivery methodologies in line with DevOps and SRE models.
