Qualifications

• Experience in Computer Science, Networking, SIEM and SOAR platforms.
• Customer Service/Support experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security events from customer networks, servers, endpoints, and cloud workloads.
• Investigate alerts and logs to determine validity and severity.
• Document analysis steps and incident timelines in the ticketing system.
• Escalate confirmed or high-risk incidents per procedures.
