Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Level 1 1-2 yrs manufacturing experience.
• Level 2 3-4 yrs manufacturing experience.
• Level 3 5+ yrs manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, speak, understand, and communicate using basic English.
• Flexibility in shift scheduling, including overtime and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow safety, quality, and productivity requirements.
• Operate SMT machines and perform feeder setup under supervision.
• Maintain SMT consumables and machine accessories.
• Coordinate with Stockroom, Engineering, Programming, and Quality to ensure high-quality assemblies.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and organized and report any issues promptly.
