Job summary

Employnet, Inc. is seeking entry-level Mechanical Assemblers in Carson City to support a growing electronics manufacturing team. The role involves PCB assembly, SMT placement, soldering, and using hand and power tools on a fast-paced production line.

Shifts include day 6:00am–2:30pm ($19.00/PH) and second shift 3:00pm–11:30pm ($20.50/PH). Candidates should read schematics and IPC 610 standards, work safely, and collaborate with engineering on new designs and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with PCB assembly and SMT techniques.
• Ability to read schematics and IPC 610 standards.
• Familiarity with electrical wiring and soldering.
• Proficient with hand tools, calipers, and ohmmeters.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate SMT equipment for PCB assembly.
• Read and interpret schematics, IPC 610 standards, and drawings.
• Perform soldering using SMT techniques for quality connections.
• Use hand and power tools to assist in assembly and repairs.
• Inspect assemblies for defects and report quality concerns.
