Job summary

Employnet, Inc. is seeking entry level Mechanical Assemblers for a growing Carson City, NV manufacturing company. The role involves setting up SMT equipment, PCB assembly, and soldering.

Second shift 3:00pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday, pay $20.50 per hour. Candidates should read schematics and IPC 610 standards, and work both independently and with a team to produce quality assemblies.

This position offers hands-on electronics assembly experience and opportunities to grow in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with PCB assembly and SMT soldering.
• Familiarity with IPC 610 standards and schematics reading.
• Ability to work with electrical components and basic testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate SMT equipment for PCB assembly and soldering.
• Read schematics and IPC 610 standards to ensure correct assembly.
• Use calipers and meters to verify tolerances and quality.
• Inspect finished PCBs and document production activities.
• Collaborate with engineering on schematic reviews and assembly improvements.
