Adecco is hiring for an entry-level manufacturing position in Blanchester, Ohio. You will join the assembly line in a safety-focused environment, no prior experience required, and you can move to permanent placement after 60 days.

Training provided to set you up for success and a clear career path. Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with $17.00/hour on the 1st shift and $18.00/hour on the other shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior manufacturing experience needed.
• Steel-toe footwear and long pants required.
• Able to stand for entire shift with regular breaks.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support quality and efficiency on daily tasks.
