Adecco is helping a leading automotive parts manufacturer in Blanchester, OH hire entry-level workers for the assembly line. This position offers on-the-floor training, a clear path to permanent placement after 60 days, and a focus on safety, teamwork, and quality.

Shifts are available: 1st 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, 2nd 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, and 3rd 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, with hourly wages of $17.00, $18.00 depending on shift. Overtime and benefits are included, and no prior manufacturing experience is required.

Qualifications

• Entry-level manufacturing role requiring no prior experience.
• Diligence and strong safety focus is required.
• Steel-toe footwear and long pants are required.
