A leading automotive parts manufacturer in Blanchester, Ohio is offering an entry-level manufacturing role supported by Adecco. No experience required, with a clear path to permanent placement after 60 days.

You will contribute to the assembly line in a safety-focused workplace that emphasizes teamwork, quality and efficiency. Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with pay rates from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior manufacturing experience necessary—entry-level positions available.
• Steel-toe footwear and long pants are required.
• Ability to stand throughout shift with regular breaks.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with mandatory overtime when necessary.
