Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with day-to-day operation and maintenance of site infrastructure (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Conduct daily facility walk-throughs and maintain logs and SOPs.
• Coordinate escorts and maintain security protocols for contractors and visitors.
• Perform scheduled generator testing and basic system health checks.
• Respond to alarms and escalate complex issues to Site Lead.
• Develop site diagrams and contribute to After-Action Reports (AARs).
