OSI Group is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Iowa to support documentation and inventory flows for finished goods and raw materials.

You will prepare shipping documents, verify inbound deliveries, enter data into the ERP system, and communicate with drivers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to GMP in a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 years experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and understand shipping and receiving documents.
• Data entry into computer systems and basic word processing/spreadsheets.
• Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers, supervisors, customers, and drivers.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare shipping documents and record shipment data in the computer system.
• Prepare outbound product with seals and labels and stage for pickup.
• Receive inbound deliveries and verify accuracy against records.
• Respond to customer inquiries and investigate shipping issues.
• Perform routine clerical tasks (filing, printing, etc.).
• Adhere to GMP, safety policies and workplace rules.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• No travel required.
