Job summary

ZEISS is seeking a Shipping Operator (Finance) to perform routine production duties in lens manufacturing under supervision. You will handle deliveries, record details, and assist with loading vehicles while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of related experience, HS diploma, and a customer-service mindset. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for cross-training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Clean DMV record and pass a drug test.
• 0–2 years related experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand/eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up orders from eyecare facilities.
• Obtain signatures and/or payments.
• Record information on items received, delivered, and responses.
• Receive messages or materials and delivery instructions via various channels.
• Load vehicles with listed goods and ensure correct loading.
• Assist with department tasks and cross-train on new tasks.
• Participate in meetings to improve communication and efficiency.
• May train peers.
