Qualifications

• Requires H.S. Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Desired: Trade school or 2 year degree in automotive or related field, or equivalent of 1 year’s experience.
• Requires: California Driver License with satisfactory DMV driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles correctly using manufacturer guidance and company tools.
• Seek clarification from management when client concern is unclear.
• Verify repair effectiveness and clearly communicate the cause and actions taken.
• Maintain knowledge of company, manufacturer, local/state/federal policies and procedures.
• Read and interpret complex technical documents to guide repairs.

Education

H.S. Diploma/GED/ or Equivalent
