The role involves supporting members with passport photos, road trip planning, maps, cashiering, and other AAA services, in a teamwork-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
• Ability to work overtime including Saturdays.
• Experience with Microsoft Office basics.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills member requests such as taking passport photos, planning road trips, distributing maps and tour books, cashiering duties and other services for members.
