What You'll Do

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs

Provide service recommendations based on vehicle history and technician findings

Communicate effectively with service technicians to relay customer concerns

Keep customers informed of service progress and completion timelines

Prepare and explain repair orders and cost estimates to customers

Assist in scheduling service appointments and follow-ups

Ensure all customer interactions are handled with a high level of service and professionalism

Maintain knowledge of dealership services, promotions, and policies

Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager
