What You'll Do

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
• Provide service recommendations based on vehicle history and technician findings
• Communicate effectively with service technicians to relay customer concerns
• Keep customers informed of service progress and completion timelines
• Prepare and explain repair orders and cost estimates to customers
• Assist in scheduling service appointments and follow-ups
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled with a high level of service and professionalism
• Maintain knowledge of dealership services, promotions, and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager
