Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of related experience. No formal occupational training is typically required.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes including photolithography, thin film, etch, plating, assembly, test, and inspection.
• Set up, calibrate, and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Collect and analyze operating data to adjust equipment and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to test improvements and develop new products.
• Assist in training and coaching other technicians to build teamwork and skills.
