Qualifications

• Cleanroom operations experience and precise manual skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and technical documentation.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes including assembly, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of probe card components.
• Follow established work instructions, process documentation, and safety guidelines to ensure consistent output.
• Perform equipment setup, calibration, and routine preventative maintenance to keep tools in good condition.
• Collect and analyze production and equipment data to make on-line adjustments for stability and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to run tests and trials that improve processes and enable new products.
• Assist in training and coaching peer technicians to support skill development.
