Job summary

DU Family of Companies is seeking an Entry Level Security Technician to join Beach Lake, PA operations. You will support security and low-voltage technicians with installation, wiring, and setup of security systems, assisting with hands-on field work and job-site prep.

The role requires a willingness to learn, basic mechanical/electrical aptitude, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced construction environment. Valid driver’s license preferred.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to add aEntry Level Security Technicianto ourBeach Lake, PAteam. In this role, you will support our security and low-voltage technicians with the installation, wiring, and setup of security systems, assisting with hands-on field work and job site preparation. Success in this role requires a strong willingness to learn, basic mechanical and electrical aptitude, and the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team in a fast-paced field environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and handle materials, tools, and equipment throughout the workday.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working in tight or elevated spaces.
• Work is performed at active job sites and construction environments, with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and outdoor conditions.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and follow all site safety requirements.

The wage for this role is $20 to $24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
