Job summary

Citi in Tampa, FL is seeking an entry level Sec & Derivat Intmd Assoc Analyst to support the processing, clearance and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions. You will coordinate with Operations - Transaction Services to service Custody clients and learn industry standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Custody clients, providing support across the settlements of securities and cash transactions
• Provide guidance to clients on the life-cycle of Events on multiple products, including Equity (cash and Swap), and Fixed Income products
• Resolve complex process problems which require an in-depth evaluation of basic securities processing procedures and industry standards
• Partner with internal teams across the business, including, Settlements, Corporate Actions, Tax, Technology, Front and Middle office, to effectively service Custody clients
• Contribute to the creation of customized reporting used to present information to management
• Support implementation of securities processing improvements
