GPAC is actively seeking a results-driven professional to join our recruiting team in Milwaukee, WI. You will build relationships with clients and candidates, source top talent, and move opportunities through the interview and offer process.

Training and support enable success in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. With a strong emphasis on ethics, communication, and client service, you will collaborate with hiring managers and candidates to place people in ideal roles across industries.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
