Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with project controls software, such as Primavera P6 or inEight Suite.
• Ability to travel/relocate as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update project schedules from conceptual planning through engineering and construction.
• Create resource-loaded schedules, including milestones, critical approvals, and long lead items.
• Develop schedule logic, realistic activity durations, and resource availability.
• Assess the impact of design changes and schedule slippages and inform management and clients of all updates.
• Apply scheduling concepts to maintain critical path networks and document historical data for forecasting.
• Provide guidance and schedule health reports to project teams and clients.
