Mpower Direct in Cincinnati is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our residential sales team. No sales experience? No problem — you can earn while you learn through paid training and hands-on coaching.

You will educate homeowners on renewable energy, present solutions, and work toward daily and weekly goals while taking advantage of uncapped commissions and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• We value attitude, communication skills, work ethic, and coachability.
• Available to work full-time, Monday-Friday, 11 AM-8 PM, including a one-hour lunch.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with Cincinnati area homeowners and introduce them to renewable energy solutions.
• Educate customers about renewable energy programs and potential savings.
• Present solutions using MPower’s proven sales process.
• Guide qualified customers through enrollment.
