Job summary

PJ Fitz is seeking entry-level outside sales talent in the Pittsburgh area. You’ll represent the brand at events, spark conversations with potential customers, and generate high-quality leads while learning proven sales techniques. Comprehensive training and mentorship help you grow into a top salesperson.

The role offers part-time hours with full-time opportunities, an energetic, fast-paced environment, and a clear path to earning through commissions on top of hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Represent our brand at events like home shows, retail locations, and community expos.
• Engage with potential customers, spark conversations, and generate high-quality leads.
• Help set up and run events (energy, teamwork, and hustle).
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to hit goals and drive results.
• Learn proven sales techniques for a future in outside sales.
• Track performance and celebrate wins along the way.
