PJ Fitz in Morristown, NJ is offering an entry-level outside sales track designed to build confidence, communication, and a winning mindset. You’ll start with onboarding, learn prospecting, and begin earning as you grow toward a full outside sales role.

This part-time position features hourly pay around $17.50 plus uncapped commissions, flexible scheduling with potential for full-time opportunities, and hands-on training from seasoned sales leaders in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.

• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required—we train!

Responsibilities

• Represent our brand at events like home shows, retail locations, and community expos.
• Engage with potential customers, spark conversations, and generate high-quality leads.
• Help set up and run events with energy and teamwork.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to hit goals and drive results.
• Learn proven sales techniques for a future in outside sales.
• Track performance and celebrate wins along the way.
