Job summary

PJ Fitz is hiring for an entry-level outside sales path designed for energetic individuals seeking real earnings and growth. You’ll represent the brand at events, engage customers, generate leads, and collaborate with sales and marketing to hit goals.

Training, mentorship, and a clear career path into outside sales are provided, with an hourly pay rate around $17.50 plus commissions. Flexibility with part-time and full-time opportunities, evenings/weekends as needed, and a fun, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Outgoing and energetic, loves talking to people.
• Coachable with a desire for growth into sales.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and teamwork mindset.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Represent our brand at home shows, retail locations, and community expos.
• Engage with potential customers, spark conversations, and generate high-quality leads.
• Help set up and run events with energy and teamwork.
• Work with sales and marketing to hit goals and drive results.
• Learn proven sales techniques for a future in outside sales.
• Track performance and celebrate wins along the way.
