Job summary

SmartRoof is hiring for a field-based roofing sales role designed to develop a career from entry level to leadership. You will meet homeowners in storm-affected areas, inspect roofs, and guide clients through insurance restoration, with the aim of maximizing savings on full roof replacements.

Year 1 earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000+ and can grow dramatically in Year 2 and beyond with uncapped commissions and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus — not required.
• Comfortable meeting homeowners and presenting roofing options.

What You’ll Do

This is a field-based roofing sales role. You’ll meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process — helping them save up to 95% on a full roof replacement.
