Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking entry-level Sales Representatives in Atlanta, offering paid, hands-on training and a clear path to high earnings via uncapped commissions. Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of customers and relationships to close new business.
• Meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission and reward performance.
